Cliff Lane – Board Member
Cliff Lane became a board member at Pony Bird in 1977.
He was the President of the Board from 1979-1980 and currently serves on the Building/Grounds Committee.
Since 1958, Cliff has owned and operated Lane Consolidated Services, Inc. located in DeSoto, Missouri. The expertise that Cliff Lane brings to construction projects and his dedication to Pony Bird is invaluable. He has made a tremendous impact in the community through many of his community commitments. Cliff presently serves on the Jefferson County Building Commission as Vice Chairman; Royal Order of the U.S. Military P-38 Can Opener Association as Treasurer; Jefferson College Vocational High School Advisory Committee as a Member; E.D.C of Jefferson County as Director; DeSoto Community Foundation as Director; Meramec Valley Mutual Insurance Co. as Director, Missouri Self Storage Association as Director; and City of DeSoto Planning & Zoning as a Board Member. Cliff Lane’s commitment to the community has helped Pony Bird thrive locally.
Cliff is also a member of many organizations, including: 33 years as a member of the DeSoto Elks Lodge #689, DeSoto Rotary Club past President and Secretary, AMVETS Post #48 DeSoto, Eagles Aeries #4341, Jefferson County Growth and Development, Missouri Self Storage Association, Carpenters Local #2214 Festus, St. Louis University Hospital Support Group, Mid American Transport Association, Licensed Insurance Broker, Mid-East Contractors Association, Kiwanis Club of DeSoto, and as Charter Member of the National Self Storage Association.
